The girls spent Memorial day with dad. We enjoyed perfect weather during our walk and lunch outside.
What a great way to end the long weekend! As always, the girls had fun.
We were playing around with the phone and were trying to figure out an easy way to get video from the phone to the web page. “Hi!…”
Today the girls enjoyed an afternoon of creating and consuming their first paella. The weather was nice and the food was near perfect. As always, the girls had fun.
Pretty busy Friday, considering the girls started the day at school…
Dad visited Gabrielle’s class to help with “Math Games” so the girls got picked up RIGHT after school (instead of waiting until 5:00).
For dinner, dad exposed the girls to Mongolian Stir Fry… they loved it!
After dinner we walked to the park to play with the ball, teeter-totter, “spinny thing,” and the swings.
When we got back home, the girls (and Jaws) enjoyed some ice cream. 
Today the girls got to meet Peanut (the Scarlet Macaw at the car wash) and watched the car get colorful soap applied and rinsed during its slow trip through the wash.
Though the car wash was mildly entertaining, the girls were blown away when they saw the latest Shrek movie (in 3D).
As always, the girls had fun. What a great way to end the weekend.
Today is grandpa’s birthday.
We had dinner at Fogo de Chao and opened presents at home. While grandpa was not excited with his complimentary birthday cake, he loosened up when he unwrapped matching Snuggies for him and Jaws. Now (just as advertised) Jaws can stay warm AND keep his paws free. 
The girls haven’t spent a weekend with dad for the past three weeks so we hadn’t had a chance to give Natalie her First Communion present from her aunt and uncle.
Natalie was very excited to find her aunt and uncle sent her a TON of Wii points. We’ll be putting those to good use soon. 
Barely worth noting (especially because dad forgot to take pictures), but the girls had dinner outside on the porch today. We were just so excited to enjoy the nice weather that we decided to eat out, literally.
While dad forgot to take pictures today, the girls will be spending the next three weekends with him so we might be able to produce some fun outdoor eating pictures soon. :-)
Today, the girls had their spring concert at school. There was singing, dancing, instruments and other class-specific presentations.
The girls had a lot of fun.
Not enough time for it today, but Grandpa received his paella pan today… Of course, I’m told it’s just called a Paella.
